CWM Environmental is pleased to announce that we have been awarded as a Top Work Place 2018 by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. CWM is the first Armstrong County Company to be recognized with this honor, ranking 14th among small businesses, and top among environmental firms.
CWM President Dave Kohl said, “We greatly appreciate being recognized as one of the top workplaces in Western Pa. This is an outstanding achievement by our employees and a great way to recognize their collective efforts. In a service business such as ours it is truly the employees who make a difference.”
To be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet strict standards for organizational health and company culture. The Top Workplace lists are based on the results of an employee feedback survey. Employers are rated on factors such as company alignment, effectiveness, management and employee engagement, and more.
