All the tests listed above are a form of analysis for organic pollutants that may or may not be potentially harmfull to the health of individuals Please check with your state’s Department of Environmental Protection limits for safe drinking water.

Organic chemicals fall under two categories, volitale (VOC) and synthetic (SOC). In most cases each of these in water are man made. VOCs are organic components in water that readly escape into the atmosphere. The vast majority of SOCs orginate from pesticides. They differ from VOCs in that they do not readily escape to the air.
