NELAC Accredited
NELAP Accreditation: Nelap is based upon compliance with the 2003 NELAC Standard & Department Regulations, 25 Pa Code Chapter 252
PADEP operates dual accreditation system and that means we may choose to seek accreditation in accordance with the Pennsylvania State Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (“State”) or the National Environmental Labortory Accrediatation Program (“NELAP”).
We choose to be accredited to the NELAC Standard and also plan to be accredited unter Pennsylvania accreditation standards (“State”) for fields of accreditation not included under the NELAC Standard.
