One meter Mega belt filter press with polymer stabilization equipment, included are all controls (enclosed electrical control panel) for manual and automatic operation, two 150 gallon polymer mixing tanks, with two Watson-Marlow metering pumps and two Lightnin mixers, a two inch Watson-Marlow Bio-solids hose pump, a four inch Monyo 2000 cake pump and an Acrison lime Addition unit. The system is fed by an on-board variable speed cavity pump.
All equipment is enclosed in a Wells Cargo twenty four (24) foot, dual Axle trailer.
Electrical requirements are 460 volt, 50 KVA
Approximate through put is 1200 gallons per hour with a typical percent solids of 20% on the cake.
